Good Morning OMG is that the time?

Good Afternoon,
Despite working hard I don't really have much to post. I am putting the final touches to a commision (proceeds go to Cats Protection Glasgow Branch) but I can't very well post that.
I received my Tim Holtz distress markers and I have had to give them a good work out of course! I have been playing with these ahem I mean working with these! Don't have much to show as I have been making "bits" for future projects but I can at least show the pens. They are lovely to work  with but so far I have only scratched the surface.

I have some projects in mind for next week and wanted to use a selection of die cuts so I decided to cut lots. I  embossed and cut a bunch of different kinds of card so I will post a pic of that just so  I can prove I was doing something! This lot should keep me busy for a wee while!

I worked up a rough layout for a new blog header but when I added it it took over the entire page, despite the fact that I clicked "shrink to print". I will add it to side bar for the time being but it is still a work in progress.  I will come back to this at some point.

Well that is all from me for now. Don't feel much to show for a lot of effort but I am hoping the bits and pieces I have gathered will give me a start for next week. I am off now to viist the lovely blogs of the Crafty Bloggers Network. Vee xx

  3. Hope you are having fun with your new markers, I watched the cha demo for them online and they look really good. Your blog header looks great Vee, have you tried resizing it in paint? You may have to resize it several times though, blogger can be funny like that, hope you get it figured out
