I was lucky enough to have been given some of the
Rick St Denis digital art images to use.

First of all, I used
I could see immediately she is a glamorous, vampy vamp out for a night on the town. I printed her onto digital card and coloured her with promarker and flexmarker pens, adding a touch of Sakura stardust for lip sparkle and white highlight pen for her fangs. I shaped her hair and mounted her on thick foam so she would sit
 proud of the card.
I made a twisted easel card in dark blue pearl and layered it with card embossed and foiled with gold stars.
I gave her a bright red sparkly moon to match her lips and a night time companion of a bat. The bat is a wooden one from

which I inked with promarker pens.
I added some black silky crush ribbon, red and black feathers and a phial full of a "little something" in case of emergencies.
A girl cannot be too careful in the big city!
I added a close up just in case the fashon magazines want to feature the glamorous vamp make up that is so in vogue these days.

Now, before  I go on to my second project, what do you see when you look at this next item? Yes, I know it is a box of tissues, but do you see anything else? Well read on and all will be revealed about what I saw when I
looked at it  ..............

The next image I played with is Monster Clown, a zombie.
Now I certainly don't want to get too close to a zombie and neither do our hard working officers from the
Poisoned Peas Institute of Zombie Affairs and Zoning
informally known as  ....

pizzaz!
 (jus sayin')

I first of all wanted to get a containment unit set up in advance and here is where the box of tissues
(now empty - aaaachoo!)
reappears.

I painted on a couple of layers of acrylic paint using a couple of neutral shades to try to reproduce an institutional effect

For the tiled inner walls
(need to be able to hose them down I'm afraid)
I embossed a glossy white card with a brick effect embossing folder.

The unit is,of course, sealed in bullet proof glass.
There are high wattage bulbs in the ceiling so as not to give any zombies dark corners in which to get up to mischief.
Even with all these precautions we still have to warn offficers about approaching the glass (have they not seen Silence of The Lambs?)
I printed him off a few times and coloured with promarker and flexmarker pens. I had wanted to use several layers but as my hands no longer work very well I could only manage two layers and even then it took me days of stopping and starting! lol. However I used lots of dimensional foam pads so I think my two layers look like more. Lastly, I installed him in his containment unit and sealed him in.

Finally a little extra shot so we will recognise this one if he ever escapes .....

Thanks for visiting,
Love and Peace,
Vee xx
