Here is my entry:
I have created a hybrid project which means it is part digital
and part hand crafted.
I have used a digital art image from
called
Cat Girl
Can you believe this fab image was a freebie?
I love Ike's Art and recently
used one of her images in a challenge for
I was lucky enough to win
and was delighted with my
prize of a very generous gift
voucher to Ike's Art.
Doubly Lucky!
(Actually triply lucky because I am honoured to reveal
I have been invited to be Guest Designer for
for October!)
I hope you will join me at this wonderful and innovative
challenge blog when their October challenge
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I took Ike's Cat Girl into Craft Artist 2
and altered her a little by removing her sentiment, made her an outline, printed her then
coloured her with promarker pens.
I used a metallic silver promarker to highlight
her buckles and zips and to alter her cat o'nine tails
into a chain o' nine tails!!
(well the theme is chains, after all!!)
The background I designed myself and I think
if nothing else it does show a lot of chains!
I added a cheeky message to finish.
Here is a version with a spider in halloween orange
for traditionalists.
