Hello
To make this project I started with a slightly larger than A4 sheet of watercolour paper from a pad. I later tore about an inch from around the sides.
For the background, I used tattered angels colour wash painted at different thicknesses for shading and added a little decoart glitter paint here and there. I used Inkylicious stamps, different generations for depth, to add poppies and grasses and a Tim Holtz birds stamp, all inked with memento ink. The sentiment is also by Inkylicious stamped with memento.
The butterflies are rubber stamps by ecogreen crafts (age below). After I coloured them with promarkers, I cut them out and layered some deco art glitter paint over the wings. They are only partially stuck down and lifted a bit for dimension.
Thanks for looking,
Vee xx
