Hello!
It is midway point at Stamping Sensations March challenge, Stamp Something For Spring and Brenda designed a lovely inspiration board. We look forward to seeing everyone's stamped take on it. There are also sweet prizes on offer, including a nice mixed media bundle.
I used a stamp by Penny Black, Lofty, stamped with Versafine Twilight onto a blue background, painted with some Tattered Angels colour wash.
The daisy layer I made using a little bloom stamp (a freebie) randomly stamped all over the card, I inked the centres in yellow. The
butterfly I fussy cut from a vintage collectors card which I lightly painted with a little colour wash.
Materials:
Penny Black Stamp, Lofty
Free Daisy Stamp
Tattered Angels paint
Alcohol Markers
Vintage butterfly
Thanks for looking in,
Vee xx
I would like to add this to the following:
What striking use of colour Vee, adding the white stamped mat draws the eye in. Versafine Twilight is a colour I use often, softer than some harsher shades.
