Crackle Glaze Windows

Hello,

I should have blogged a few days ago but have been busy crafting and getting used to some new tech - when I get distracted like that I think of Joss Wheedon shows like Buffy or Firefly and say "shiny"😀

I made a Hallowe'en card using some of Ike's lovely digital stamps to create a fun scene with a cheeky inside. 👻

The images I used are:

Spooky House

Harpy The Ghost (used three times)

 Witchy Silhouette.

The finished card is 8x8 inches.

Layer is coordinations card, torn not cut.

The house is really versatile and could be used for loads of scenes, spooky or not. I used Craft Artist to layout my scene then printed it and cut it with a stitched square die.

I coloured it with alcohol markers and distress markers, I also fussy cut some pieces of the building features and layered them up. I added crackle glaze to the windows and I like the effect.

I cut a circle mask to create a moon around the witch and sky is coloured with distress Inks, prisma pastels, silver pen, and wink of stella. I also used wink of stella to make the ghosts sparkly and harps gold. It is also moondust on the witches boots and house.What can I say? It's addictive.

Added die cut tag with a handwritten message to finish.

The inside is mirri card I die cut to represent a mirror and stamped "Boo" using studiolight letter stamps.
