Hello!
I used a manilla tag and inked it with distress oxides in blue and pink
The main cat image is from one of my favourite rubber stamp sets, Stamperia's Lady Vagabond. 😻
Other stamps are from Tim Holtz as is the metal embellishment.
I distressed then added some blue and pink seam binding.
